Delete Your Data

You can delete your account and all associated data by:

1. In-app deletion: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
2. Email request: Contact support@hrmverse.com
3. Facebook deletion: Remove our app from Facebook settings (we'll be notified automatically)

Deletion timeline: Within 30 days of your request.

When you delete your account, we permanently delete:

• Your profile information
• All messages and communications
• All photos and media you uploaded
• All parenting data and schedules

Export Your Data

Request a copy of your data in machine-readable format (JSON) by contacting support@hrmverse.com.

Withdraw Consent

You can revoke social login permissions at any time through your Facebook, Google, or Apple settings.

Data Sharing

We do NOT share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Legal requirements - If required by law, court order, or government request
• Service providers - Essential infrastructure providers (hosting, databases) under strict confidentiality agreements
• With your consent - Only if you explicitly grant permission

Children's Privacy

Our app is designed for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. Child information (names, ages, photos) is only collected when entered by a verified parent/guardian.

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our service:

• Active accounts - Data retained while account is active
• Inactive accounts - Deleted after 2 years of inactivity (with prior notice)
• Deleted accounts - Permanently deleted within 30 days

Facebook Data Deletion

2. Delete in-app: Open the app → Settings → Account → Click "Delete Account"
3. Email us: Contact support@hrmverse.com with your registered email address

All data will be deleted within 30 days.
